Collar:
A zip through funnel neck collar, measuring 7cm wide
Collar finished with a foot stitch on the top edge and a 4 rows of top stitching on the bottom edge
Front:
CF closure to be a #5 silver metal zip closure with branded zip puller
Front bottom pocket to be vertical welt pockets.
Welt to measure 4cm x 18cm and to be placed at a slight angle facing inwards
Welt to have 4x rows of top stitching on them (as per the collar)
Pocket to be fully functional and pocket bags to be in black poly lining
Bottom pockets to have a twin needle top stitch around the edge of the pocket bag
Hem to be a nylon 2x2 ribbed welt as per sample, 6cm wide finished with a foot stitch
Back:
back to have princess cutlines, finished with a foot stitch
Sleeves
sleeves to be long sleeve with a 2x2 ribbed cuff on the end
shoulder seams and arm holes to be finished with a foot stitch

Inside body to be lined with black super fine twill lining
Inside piping to be in a silver grey piping (unfilled) - piping along inside facing of the garment.
Inside sleeve lining to be in a black and white stripe 210T lining

Flat packed garments will be individually sealed in ploy-bags.
Garments will be carefully folded to avoid creasing
Tissue paper will be used between the folds of the garment
For certain fabrics, a cardboard backing may be specified to reduce creasing
All metal studs, buttons and buckles will be covered by tissue-paper
A silica gel sachet will be added to the poly-bag to prevent mildew and bad odours for imported merchandise only.
Cartons must include a loose cardboard base and lid
Cartons size will be adjusted according to the garment size.
