Description

Collar:
To have a 8cm wide polo collar with footstitching at top.

Center front exposed zip to be 5 guage plastic zip in antique brass color. Zip to start at bottom of collar stand and run down to bottom hem.
C/F to twin needle stitch detail at both sides.

Shoulder:
Shoulder have cutlin as per CAD and twin needle stitching.
Shoulder panel to be twin needle stitched on back seam.

Body:

To have chest cutline and twin needle stitching above the cutline line.
To have 11cm long and 5cm height chest zip pockets flap under chect cutline. With twin stitch on flap.
Chest pocket depth to be 12cm with top stitching.
Body to have mirror cutline from bottom of chect pocket to hem with edge stitching.
Lower side pockets to be inserted as per CAD. To have vertical welt pocket opening with concealed
pocket bag.
Pocket welts to be 15cm long x 2cm wide with edge stitching around outside.
Welt position to be 7cm above bottom hem and 2.5cm from side seam.
To have a separate 4cm wide waistband twin stitched at both sides at top and bottom.

Sleeves:
Long sleeves to have a vertical cutline in back as per CAD. Seam to be twin needle stitched.

To have another cutline and stiching underarm without stitching.
Sleeves to have 4cm cuff and twin needle stitching at top and bottom.

To have snap on back of cuff.

Back:

no cutline and stitching.

Inside:

To have navy printed 210T lining on body and DTM 210T on sleeve.

To have half moon patch at inside back neck.

Branding:

Levis main label at inside back neck and size label in collar seam.

The red Levis label at LWS chest flap

To Have Levis logo snap on flap and cuff
